From time to time www.watercolour.tv and www.mattartist.co.uk may have faults, these will be corrected as soon as is possible. This is not ground to cancel membership.
If you purchase a product from the shop, your items will be posted out to the given address within 2-14 days. Postage may be charge. Most of the time 2-4 days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as we can.

How to Cancel Membership
by accepting these terms you agree to auto renew and auto payments will be made, unless you set AUTO RENEW TO NO or OFF (by clicking, tapping the auto renew slider) in the membership ‘my dashboard & then my subscription’ section of the website. To cancel you must log on to your account and enter the membership details and set the auto renew to NO/OFF! by clicking, tapping the auto renew slider (PLEASE CLICK THIS LINK AND LOG-ON TO VIEW THIS) note: we cannot do this for you as we do not hold passwords and cannot log on to your account.
30 Day/1 Month Free Trial
this is actually between 27-30 days and after the free trial YOU WILL BE AUTOMACALLY CHARGED THE CHOSEN MEMBERSHIP FEE with your chosen payment card. (The fee will be either monthly/yearly as chosen by you). To prevent this charge please login to your account and set auto renew to NO/OFF!!! by clicking, tapping the auto renew slider (PLEASE CLICK THIS LINK AND LOG-ON TO VIEW THIS)
Our returns policy:
You may return any product within 7 days, and as long as its not been used, opened or damaged (we have the final say on this matter) are entitled to a refund:
– this refund will depend on the circumstances.
– if decided by us to be faulty a full refund, including and postage you paid to return the product
– if you just decided to return the product to us, because you changed your mind, once we have decided the product is not damaged and as long as its within 7days, we will refund you the item cost only (not the postage fee). A refund will be made with in 7 days of receivel of the item.
– we reserve the right to have the final say on a returns decision.
– the complete returns process may take up to 21 days.
– any exchanges can take up to 14 days.
